Cookie Policy
What this website stores on your device, and why.
Effective: October 13, 2026

1. Summary
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, social media pixels or third-party analytics scripts. It does not load fonts, videos or scripts from other companies. The only items stored on your device are the few strictly necessary ones listed below. Because none of them track you, we show a simple notice instead of a consent form.
2. What a cookie or local storage item is
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar browser feature that keeps small pieces of data on your device. Local storage items stay on your device and are not sent to our server with each page request.
3. Items used on this site
| Name | Type | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
tps_cookie_notice | Local storage | True Path (this site) | Remembers that you closed the cookie notice so it does not keep appearing. Stores only the date you clicked "Got it". | Until you clear your browser data |
staticrypt_passphrase | Local storage | True Path Team Hub (employees only) | Only if an employee ticks "Remember me" on the Team Hub sign-in. Stores a salted, hashed version of the access key (never the key itself) so the employee stays signed in. | 30 days, or until "Lock" is pressed |
staticrypt_expiration | Local storage | True Path Team Hub (employees only) | Records when the "Remember me" sign-in above expires. | 30 days, or until "Lock" is pressed |
deed_gate | Cookie (HttpOnly) | deed.page (our host) | Only used if a site-wide password is switched on by the host. It is not used on this site today; it is listed for completeness. | Session / set by host |
4. Website statistics
Our host, deed.page, provides basic visitor statistics using a cookieless method. It does not place a cookie or local storage item on your device and does not follow you across other websites. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not load anything from those sites until you click the link. Once you are on their site, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
6. How to control or delete these items
You can delete local storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings (usually under Privacy or "Clear browsing data"). Employees can also press "Lock" in the Team Hub to remove the remembered sign-in. Blocking these items will not stop the public website from working; the cookie notice may simply appear again.
7. Changes
If we ever add analytics or marketing tools that use cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before loading them.
